This individual should be comfortable working independently while escalating advanced or cross-platform issues to the Senior Microsoft Infrastructure Administrator when appropriate. The ideal candidate has practical experience administering Microsoft cloud technologies in a federal or similarly regulated enterprise environment and demonstrates strong technical judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to secure infrastructure operations. Microsoft 365 Administration * Provide daily administration and support for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Power Platform * Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, performance, and availability * Maintain Microsoft 365 configuration documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge-base articles * Assist with Microsoft 365 service updates, feature rollouts, and configuration improvements * Assist with security assessments, audit evidence collection, and remediation activities.
