 * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of front-end development or related work experience

Preferred skills

 * Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of clean coding structures, accessibility, and responsive design.
 * Experience developing and supporting SharePoint applications and frameworks, with the ability to work effectively within existing systems and platforms.
 * Digital design experience, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
 * Familiarity with prototyping, image editing, and process mapping tools, such as Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, or similar applications.
 * Exposure to AI tools or technologies, along with the ability to evaluate and apply emerging capabilities to improve digital solutions.
