## Description

* Coordinate operational activities before orders and information are sent to warehouse teams.
 * Partner with customer service, retail teams, and call center staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
 * Answer patient phone calls and assist with:
 * Equipment troubleshooting
 * Oxygen equipment evaluations
 * Scheduling deliveries, pickups, and service requests
 * Coordinate equipment deliveries and pickups with hospice partners.
 * Assist walk-in patients with equipment returns and deliveries.
 * Manage routing and dispatch activities by communicating with drivers and warehouse personnel.
 * Maintain accurate documentation and communications through Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams and Outlook.
 * Provide exceptional customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
