 * Strong expertise with business strategy and supporting organizations making data-driven decisions
 * Proven ability to influence and partner at the senior executive level
 * Advanced skills in data visualizations, clear data storytelling, and creating actionable and meaningful insights from data
 * Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint to create compelling presentations with insights
 * Possess excellent written communication, analytical and story-telling skills with ability to present complex concepts simply and clearly to management, team members, and non-technical audiences using PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel (Advanced Proficiency)
 * Excellent interpersonal and two-way communication skills
 * Business first mindset
 * Coach and develop junior team members
 * Feel very comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating uncertainty
 * Proactive self-starter who can hit the ground running immediately with little to go by

## Description

ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Data Analytics for the HR Outsourcing (HRO) Analytics organization . We're looking for an experienced analyst in business intelligence, visualizations, and data storytelling through actionable insights to join a team that will enable data-driven decision making. This role is accountable for supporting leaders making more data driven decisions, and implementing and managing business intelligence visualizations, standards, and insights presentations. This is a highly collaborative position that works closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders. The Sr. Manager, Data Analytics will report to the Head of Business Intelligence.

WHAT YOU'LL DO : Responsibilities

 * Build relationships with key stakeholders/leaders and navigate cross-functionally to collaboratively deliver on priorities
 * Adhere to newly formed BI standards of excellence to help establish the trusted HRO Analytics brand
