Assist staff and patrons with technology-related questions, troubleshooting, and access to library systems and equipment. 2. Install, configure, maintain, and inventory technology equipment, including workstations, laptops, peripherals, and related software. 3. Support network, internet, and system connectivity needs by monitoring performance, coordinating service requests, and assisting with issue resolution. 4. Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that address operational needs, improve service delivery, and support long-term planning. 5. Develop and provide technology training, guidance, and support materials to help staff and patrons use digital tools effectively. 6. Maintain confidentiality, security, and compliance when handling technology systems, user information, and organizational data. 7.
