## About the Role

* 2-4+ years of Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk and desktop support experience
 * Need to have experience with a Windows environment and MS365
 * Prefer to have experience with Ivanti ticketing system
 * Beyond Trust Remote Support is a plus
 * Must have strong customer service experience
 * Must have a strong technical aptitude and must be a quick learner with the ability to understand workflow capability and constraints, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

## Description

* Supporting multiple agencies roughly around 1800+ end users
 * Handling high volume tickets, triage and process tickets
 * Work within a Windows environment and MS 365, using Ivanti ticketing system
 * Handle remote tickets, phone calls, and some in person walk ups for IT support
