* Java Backend: Hands on experience on Spring Web flux, Reactive Java, Restful APIs, Kafka, Redis.
 * Should be good in design For AI: (Agentic AI) Conversational AI
 * Hands on working knowledge of building Agents (preferably using ADK), Lang chain, RAG, NEO4J (added advantage - Good to have)
 * Very strong in Python, Evals, Observability, Familiarity with developing MCP servers, A2A, py-Test

 * 3 to 7 years of software development experience
 * Strong hands-on experience in Python
 * Strong hands-on experience in Java backend development
 * Hands of experience in developing AI/ML or Generative AI projects
 * REST APIs and distributed systems design
 * Hands-on experience on Python, LLMs, GenAI, and agent-based systems

## Description

The Al Developer will design, build, and optimize document ingestion, extraction, validation, and comparison capabilities to modernize Middle Office authorization workflows. This role focuses on hands-on delivery of Al models, confidence scoring, exception handling, and system integrations.
