## About the Role

* 10+ years of experience across software engineering, AI development or technology consulting
 * 3+ years building GenAI / LLM-based solutions
 * Strong hands-on Python skills
 * Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, agentic AI and multi-agent system
 * Proven experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
 * Experience leading complex technical projects and working with senior business stakeholders
 * Strong understanding of software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, testing and containerization
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
 * Experience within consulting, regulated industries, AI enablement/training, MLOps or enterprise infrastructure would be advantageous.

## Description

The successful candidate will identify where AI can create meaningful value, guide teams on the right solutions, and personally lead more advanced AI initiatives from concept through production., * Lead AI initiatives across multiple business functions, from intake and scoping through implementation and adoption

 * Design and deliver GenAI solutions including LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
 * Partner with business leaders, IT and technical teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases
 * Define technical architecture and guide solutions through to production
 * Enable non-technical teams to effectively use conversational AI, custom assistants and low/no-code AI tools
 * Review AI solutions for quality, scalability and production readiness
 * Help drive broader AI adoption and transformation across the organization
