They're looking for an Acumatica Solutions Developer Lead to own the technical solutioning conversation with clients - from requirements through delivery - while providing oversight and mentorship to a small development team. This is a player-coach role: roughly 25-50% of the time is billable on client-facing solutioning and customization work, with the remainder focused on directing and reviewing the work of the development team. The right candidate comes from a development background and has grown into the functional, client-facing side of ERP consulting - technically credible, commercially sharp, and comfortable telling a client when a customization isn't the right answer. This is a full-time remote role, ideally based in the Eastern or Central time zone, reporting to the EVP of Technology & Business Innovation.
