 * Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in both Japanese and English (Bilingual required to support Japanese client key decision-makers).
 * Leadership Potential: Strong candidate readiness for management responsibility.

## Description

We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Sales professional for an expansion-driven role. This position focuses on robotic system integration (SIer) and factory automation for key Japanese automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. The candidate will manage the complete project lifecycle-from client specifications and conceptual design proposals to cost estimation, vendor/engineering coordination, and final delivery. This is a strategic role with a path toward rapid advancement to Manager for qualified candidates., * Technical Consultation & Proposals: Identify client automation needs and deliver tailored robotic system integration proposals and accurate cost estimates.

 * Project Management: Oversee full end-to-end execution from concept design to vendor coordination, installation, and final site acceptance.
 * Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with internal design engineers and external partners/vendors to ensure project alignment and technical execution.
 * Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering and production management teams at Japanese automotive facilities.
 * Future Leadership: Take ownership of sales strategies and team development with the potential to transition into a management role.
