## About the Role

* 1+ year of hands-on laptop and desktop break-fix experience
 * General knowledge of computer hardware and software
 * Basic knowledge of Microsoft applications
 * Computer-building experience preferred
 * Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues
 * Must have your own reliable vehicle
 * Must have valid car insurance
 * Must be able to travel throughout the Nashville metro area and surrounding locations
 * Client or government clearance may be required
 * Police/criminal background verification may be required

## Description

* Repair and troubleshoot laptops and desktop computers
 * Replace hard drives, motherboards, keyboards, and other hardware
 * Perform whole-unit computer swaps
 * Repair or replace PC peripherals
 * Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
 * Close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone
 * Travel throughout the metro area to complete service requests
