* Mehrjährige, breite IT-Erfahrung und ein sehr gutes Verständnis für Infrastruktur, Systeme, Netzwerke, Microsoft 365/Cloud.
 * Gutes Verständnis für IT- und Cybersicherheit sowie NIS2.
 * Du bringst wirtschaftliches Verständnis mit und kannst IT-Lösungen auch hinsichtlich Kosten, Nutzen und Effizienz bewerten.
 * Du hinterfragst Bestehendes und erkennst, wo Technologie Prozesse effizienter machen kann.
 * Du arbeitest gerne an der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Anwender:innen und vermittelst technische Themen verständlich.
 * Eine einschlägige technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität oder vergleichbar) rundet dein Profil ab.

## Description

Du verantwortest Infrastruktur, Netzwerk, Microsoft 365/Cloud und IT-Sicherheit, kümmerst dich um Supportthemen und sorgst für einen effizienten und sicheren IT-Betrieb.

 * Du treibst Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und KI voran.
Du erkennst Potenziale in unseren Geschäftsprozessen und bringst sinnvolle Lösungen in die praktische Umsetzung.

 * Du stärkst unsere Informations- und Cybersicherheit und sorgst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern für geeignete Schutzmaßnahmen sowie die Umsetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen im NIS-/NIS2-Umfeld.
 * Du berätst die Geschäftsführung und unsere Fachbereiche bei IT- und Digitalisierungsfragen und steuerst Projekte sowie externe Partner.
