* Erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Mitarbeiter bei IT-Anfragen und technischen Herausforderungen

 * Betreuung und Administration von Clients, Benutzerkonten sowie Hard- und Software

 * Analyse und Behebung technischer Störungen im 1st & 2nd Level (Fokus auf 2nd Level)

 * Administration von Windows-, Microsoft 365- und Netzwerkumgebungen

 * Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensanwendungen

 * Mitarbeit bei IT-Projekten sowie der Einführung neuer Systeme und Applikationen

 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen und Anwenderanleitungen
