 * Backup & Disaster Recovery:
Steuerung und Monitoring der Datensicherung inklusive regelmäßiger Restore- und Notfalltests für Systeme.

 * Managed Services & Automatisierung:
Proaktives Patch-, Update- und Monitoring-Management sowie Automatisierung von Standardprozessen.

 * Support & Incident-Management:
Vor Ort, remote oder telefonischen Support unserer Kunden für Lösung von 2nd-/3rd-Level-Störungen, nachhaltige Ursachenanalyse und Fehlerbehebung, sowie Dokumentation., * Netzwerkinfrastruktur
