## About the Role

* Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung auf Matura-Niveau (HTL, HAK o. Ä.)

 * Technisches und kaufmännisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Infrastruktur- und Gebäudethemen

Das Unternehmen ist auf die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und den Service komplexer Energieanlagen spezialisiert und deckt dabei sowohl Neuprojekte als auch die Modernisierung und Betreuung bestehender Anlagen ab. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt in der Konstruktion und Fertigung rotierender Maschinen. Mehrere Standorte in Österreich sowie eine globale Projektstruktur unterstreichen die internationale Ausrichtung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

 * Unterstützung der Leitung Infrastruktur & Gebäudemanagement im technischen und administrativen Tagesgeschäft

 * Koordination von Terminen, Behördenangelegenheiten und Bewilligungen

 * Rechnungsprüfung, Budget- und Kostencontrolling sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports

 * Unterstützung bei Facility Services, Bestellwesen, Dokumentenmanagement und Fahrzeugverwaltung
