* Annahme und Analyse eingehender Supportanfragen via Telefon, E-Mail oder firmeninternem Ticketsystem

 * Technische Unterstützung unserer Kunden aus den Bereichen Tischlerei, Ladenbau und Innenausbau bei der täglichen Arbeit mit unseren CAD+T Lösungen

 * Analyse und Lösungsfindung bei praxisbezogenen Fragestellungen rund um Planung, Konstruktion und Fertigung

 * Qualifizierte Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung und Produktmanagement sowie Ticketdokumentation

 * Kommunikation und Lösungsfindung mit externen Dienstleistern
