* 3+ years of backend development experience with Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
 * 3+ years of experience with the implementation and management of REST APIs.
 * Experience with frontend development using TypeScript.
 * Proficiency in database querying and management with SQL.
 * You possess a formal certification in Java or equivalent through professional experience.
 * You are fluent in Dutch with a C2 level of proficiency.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience with React for frontend development.
 * Knowledge of Bamboo, Helm charts, and Atlassian Tools like Jira and Confluence.
 * Experience developing applications that utilize geospatial data.
 * Previous professional experience within the public sector or Flemish Government.
 * Experience working with Agile methodologies and performing independent code maintenance.

* Develop and maintain high-quality backend services using Java and modern frameworks.
 * Design and implement robust REST APIs for various system integrations.
 * Perform thorough coding, testing, and debugging to ensure software excellence.
