## About the Role

* 5+ years of experience in a similar position such as Functional Analyst or Application Owner.
 * Proven experience with the Azure data estate.
 * In-depth knowledge of analysis techniques including use cases and scenario creation.
 * Experience working within Agile Scrum environments.
 * You possess a Master's degree.
 * You have knowledge of transport operations within the railway or public infrastructure sector.
 * You possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 * You are methodical, precise, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
 * You are fluent in Dutch or French at a C-level with B2 level proficiency in the other language and English.

Nice to Haves

 * Willingness to explore new reporting methodologies and visualization tools.

## Description

* Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and use cases for data pipelines and reporting.
 * Provide recommendations on reporting techniques using mockups, proof-of-concepts, and industry best practices.
 * Develop and manage roadmaps by collaborating with data users and suppliers across various departments.
 * Assist development and testing teams in translating functional requirements into validated data assets.
 * Document solutions and maintain up-to-date technical documentation to ensure architectural alignment.
 * Coordinate with data owners and architects to ensure all solutions comply with the existing business and system architecture.
