Languages : * Fluent spoken Dutch and French, with one of the two languages at native level. * Good command of English. * German is considered a plus. ## Description You will work alongside IT Infrastructure teams and other stakeholders on complex infrastructure requests, contributing to the development of reliable and sustainable IT infrastructure in a dynamic and evolving environment. Role Overview The role focuses on the early analysis of complex IT Infrastructure requests covering several server-related infrastructure domains. You will be responsible for understanding the underlying business and technical needs, gathering the relevant information, clarifying assumptions, identifying missing elements, and assessing possible solution directions before implementation decisions are made. The scope includes servers and application deployment on servers, including on-premise integration where relevant. This is not a cloud-only role and does not cover end-user devices or network topics. The role is particularly relevant when a request involves several infrastructure teams, such as Windows Operations, Linux Operations, IAM, Application Management & Deployment, or Database Administration, or when a request is too complex for a rapid initial analysis.
