## Description

* Lead root cause analysis and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
 * Define monitoring strategies and performance baselines.
 * Support deployments, releases and operational readiness activities.
 * Coordinate troubleshooting efforts across infrastructure, middleware and application teams.
 * Contribute to automation initiatives and operational excellence.
 * Produce operational reports, performance analyses and improvement recommendations.
