 * Je beheerst formele testmethoden en -technieken.
 * Je kan business requirements analyseren en vertalen naar testscenario's en testgevallen.
 * Je hebt ervaring met het opstellen van teststrategieën.
 * Je hebt praktijkervaring met integratie-, regressie- en end-to-end testing.
 * Je beschikt over ervaring met programmeerbare testautomatisering, CI/CD-geïntegreerde testautomatisering en enterprise testautomatisering, waaronder Tricentis Tosca.
 * Je hebt ervaring met het ontwerpen of onderhouden van een test automation framework.
 * Je beweegt vlot tussen business, development en testing en beschikt over sterk stakeholdermanagement.
 * Je schrijft vlot testscenario's.
 * Je beschikt over de nodige communicatievaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit, en kan dit in een gesprek aantonen.
 * Je hebt reeds eerder samengewerkt met één of meerdere voorgestelde kandidaten in de teamafroep.

## Description

Je komt terecht in een multidisciplinair testteam dat projecten en agile ontwikkelteams ondersteunt. In deze rol combineer je testcoördinatie met testautomatisering en draag je bij aan een kwaliteitsgerichte, pragmatische en risicogebaseerde testaanpak binnen complexe applicatie- en integratielandschappen.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

 * Je bereidt testactiviteiten voor, coördineert ze en helpt mee bij de uitvoering ervan binnen projecten en Agile/Scrum-teams.
 * Je bewaakt de testkwaliteit en stemt de testaanpak af met business, development, testing en andere stakeholders.
 * Je analyseert business requirements en vertaalt die naar testscenario's en testgevallen.
 * Je werkt pragmatische teststrategieën uit en ondersteunt functionele testing, integratie-, regressie-, end-to-end- en API-testing, evenals releasevalidatie.
 * Je neemt een voortrekkersrol op in testautomatisering, inclusief CI/CD-geïntegreerde testautomatisering en het ontwerpen of onderhouden van een test automation framework.
 * Je stimuleert shift-left testing en versterkt de kwaliteitsbewaking over de verschillende testlevels heen.
 * Je formuleert aanbevelingen rond testprocessen, testlevels, governance en automatisering.
 * Je coacht collega-testers, deelt kennis en draagt actief bij aan de verdere professionalisering van de testwerking.
