## About the Role

 * Je bent analytisch, oplossingsgericht en werkt graag met verschillende stakeholders
 * Je werkt in het Nederlands & het Engels

## Description

In deze rol begeleid je klanten van kick-off tot go-live en nazorg. Je verdiept je in hun bedrijfs- en productieprocessen, brengt workflows en noden in kaart en vertaalt deze naar een correcte inrichting van het softwareplatform.
Je begrijpt hoe processen in elkaar zitten en hoe software deze kan ondersteunen. Je analyseert samen met de klant de bestaande werking, configureert de oplossing en begeleidt hen doorheen de verandering naar een nieuwe digitale werkwijze.
Een groot deel van de implementaties kan van op afstand gebeuren via workshops en digitale meetings gezien hun oplossing Cloud-based is. Daarnaast ga je afhankelijk van het project heel af en toe ook ter plaatse voor analyses, opleidingen of belangrijke fases van de implementatie.
Uiteraard werk je ook met het R&D team om het product vanuit jouw ervaringen nog beter te maken.

 * Bachelor in Grafische, of Masterdiploma in Economie, IT of gelijkaardig
