+ Bachelor's degree or higher education
 + 7+ years of experience in FMCG environment with strong understanding of Route-to-Market processes
 + Proven experience with commercial applications and end-to-end project delivery
 + Solid understanding of cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP or AWS) and data architecture principles
 + Ability to translate complex business challenges into practical solutions
 + Experience with integrations between business applications
 + Fluent English language skills
 + SAP knowledge and automation skills are advantageous
