+ MBO degree in ICT or a comparable technical qualification;
 + Relevant work experience may compensate for formal education;
 + Knowledge, Skills & Experience;
 + Good technical knowledge of ICT infrastructure, workplace services and user support;
 + Customer-focused mindset with a strong service-oriented approach;
 + Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
 + Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and external suppliers;
 + Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

FLEET, As IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliable operation of ICT services and provide day-to-day support to users in Schiedam. You will be part of a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, supporting both office-based and international users.

 + Ensure the proper functioning of ICT services within the Schiedam office;
 + Provide timely and professional support to end users;
 + Incorporate Jumbo's safety culture and policies into daily activities;
 + Maintain and improve ICT documentation, processes, procedures and configuration information;
 + Act as the operational point of contact for external IT service providers and vendors;
 + Identify opportunities to improve existing systems, processes and working methods and provide recommendations;
 + Provisioning, maintaining and supporting workplace equipment such as laptops, docking stations, monitors and peripherals;
 + Performing technical onboarding and offboarding of employees;
 + Maintaining accurate CMDB registrations and asset administration;
 + Managing IT equipment inventory and lifecycle processes;
 + Administering telephony systems and user accounts;
 + Maintaining and supporting video conferencing equipment and meeting room technology;
 + Providing regular updates to users and stakeholders regarding support requests and incidents.
