## About the Role

* A degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications, or a comparable technical field.
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, combined with a hands-on, proactive attitude.
 * Proven ability to engage, influence, and align stakeholders across technical and business domains.
 * Experience gathering requirements and delivering stakholder-centric solutions in complex environments.
 * A collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous self-learning, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
 * Proficiency in Golang, Python, Vue.js, or similar technologies.
 * Solid experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms, including containers, Helm, and GitOps practices.
 * Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD toolchains such as Git, GitLab Pipelines, and FluxCD.
 * Practical use of AI-assisted development tools to enhance engineering efficiency and solution delivery.
 * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice-to-haves:

 * Familiarity with the Kubernetes Operators ecosystem and related cloud-native technologies.
 * Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKAD, or similar).
 * Knowledge of telecommunications and mobile service environments.
 * Passion for software craftsmanship, including Clean Architecture and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
 * Experience building modern frontend applications and user interfaces.
