## Description

I'm looking for an experienced Service Designer to join a public sector delivery team working on complex services where accessibility, inclusion and user needs are genuinely important.

This is a hands-on service design role for someone who enjoys taking complex problems, making sense of them and turning them into clear, practical design outcomes.

You'll be working across:

 * Service design and user-centred design

 * Mapping existing and future service experiences

 * Prototyping and testing new service concepts

 * Designing and facilitating workshops / co-design sessions

 * Synthesising complex information into actionable insights

 * Communicating complex ideas through effective storytelling

 * Balancing technical, business and user needs

 * Designing in line with Government Service Standards
