## About the Role

The company are expanding to meet the demands of their clients and are seeking a FPGA Team Lead, ideally with previous experience in building and leading high performance, multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key skills needed for this FPGA Team Lead job:

 * Team management experience in an engineering environment
 * In depth experience in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog for ASIC and FPGA development.
 * Strong experience in delivering digital designs for ASIC and FPGA applications
 * Experience with Scripting languages e.g. Python
 * Knowledge of signal processing or DSP
