## About the Role

* Supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments
 * Strong background in IT Support - MSP experience desirable
 * Confident troubleshooting a range of infrastructure and cloud environments
 * Configuring and troubleshooting networking equipment and firewall solutions
 * Experience and ability to undertake projects
 * Diagnosing and resolving infrastructure-related issues across Windows environments

## Description

As part of the service delivery team, you'll provide technical support across a varied client base, resolving complex issues and delivering a high standard of customer service. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll have the opportunity to get involved in a range of infrastructure and cloud projects, including client onboarding, Microsoft 365 deployments, server implementations and wider IT improvement initiatives.
