 * Analyse und Behebung von Störungen (1nd/2rd Level Support)
 * Analyse von Anwenderschwierigkeiten
 * Installation und Migration der Applikationen inkl. Datenbank und WebServices
 * Datenbankbetreuung/-überwachung (Oracle)
 * Datenbankabfragen und -entwicklung (SQL-PL/SQL)
 * Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten
