* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation

 * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams
 * Sehr gute Kommunikations-, Moderations- und Abstimmungsfähigkeiten
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern und komplexen Anforderungen
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Nutzerbedürfnisse und Marktanforderungen
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich und strukturiert aufzubereiten
 * Kenntnisse in Jira, Confluence und Figma sind von Vorteil

 * Bewertung und Priorisierung von Anforderungen gemeinsam mit relevanten Stakeholdern
 * Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in verständliche User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien
 * Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Priorisierung des Product Backlogs
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit UX/UI, Entwicklung und angrenzenden Produktbereichen
 * Planung und Moderation agiler Formate wie Refinements und Sprint Plannings
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Produkt-Roadmap
 * Fachliche Unterstützung und Steuerung eines interdisziplinären agilen Teams
 * Sicherstellung eines kontinuierlichen Wissenstransfers zwischen Team, Fachbereichen und Stakeholdern
 * Aktives Stakeholdermanagement bis hin zur Abstimmung mit Management und angrenzenden Produktteams
