 * Mitwirkung an verschiedenen Projekten und eigenständige Übernahme kleinerer Projektarbeiten
 * Entgegennahme und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Probleme telefonisch, per E-Mail und persönlich, gefolgt von Analyse und gegebenenfalls Weiterleitung
 * Pflege des Tickettools sowie Bearbeitung von Changes
 * Administration und Pflege von Stammdaten, Datenbanken und Dokumentationen
 * Ansprechpartner für sämtliche auftretenden IT-Fragen
 * Wartung der PCs und Netzwerkschränke in der Produktion
