## About the Role

* Degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT or a comparable qualification.
 * Several years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay.
 * Knowledge of SAP HCM and Employee Central is advantageous.
 * Experience with additional SuccessFactors or SAP modules would be beneficial.
 * Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach with a strong hands-on mentality.
 * Ability to quickly understand new topics and work effectively in an international project environment.
 * Excellent German (C1) and English (C1) skills.

## Description

* Coordinate the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Compensation & Variable Pay, initially supporting the rollout across selected business units.
 * Analyse local business requirements and translate them into solutions aligned with the global SuccessFactors design.
 * Configure the Compensation & Variable Pay module and document system settings and processes.
 * Create functional specifications, test plans and training materials.
 * Work closely with local HR teams, international project teams and external SuccessFactors specialists.
 * Support workshops, testing, training and go-live activities.
 * Contribute your expertise to the ongoing digitalisation and harmonisation of HR and talent management processes.
 * Help identify opportunities to optimise and further develop SuccessFactors solutions.
