## About the Role

Qualifikation: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Medizin-Informatik, Informatik), Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker oder eine medizinisch-pflegerische Ausbildung mit fundierter IT-Praxis.

Erfahrung: Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung und Administration von klinischen Anwendungssystemen:

 * Gute Kenntnisse in einem gängigen Krankenhausinformationssystem (KIS) - z. B. iMedOne, i.s.h.med, ORBIS, AGFA, Meierhofer, Dedalus oder vergleichbaren Systemen.
 * Erfahrung mit Patientendatenmanagementsystemen (PDMS) oder anderen klinischen Subsystemen (z. B. Intensivmedizin, OP-Dokumentation, Pflege).

Prozessverständnis: Solide Übersicht über die typischen Abläufe und Behandlungspfade in einer Klinik.

Arbeitsweise: Erfahrung im 2nd-Level-Support, Freude am lösungsorientierten Customizing und strukturierte Arbeitsweise bei der Problembehebung.

Soft Skills: Kommunikationsstärke im Dialog mit medizinischem und administrativem Personal sowie eine hohe Serviceorientierung.
