 * (Muss) Erfahrung mit der Verwendung von mindestens 2 der folgenden Agentic Coding Tools in produktionsreifer Enterprise-Software im Konzernumfeld (> 10.000 Mitarbeiter): GitHub Copilot, Kiro, OpenCode, Claude Code oder OpenAI Codex aus 2 Projekten
 * (Muss) 3 Jahre Erfahrung sowohl in fachlichen als auch in technischen Bedarfs- und Anforderungsanalysen und Übersetzung in Agent Specifications.
 * (Muss) 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Vermittlung von Prompt-Engineering-Methoden für generative KI-Tools im Unternehmenskontext.
 * (Soll) Erfahrung in der Organisation und Moderation von Workshops oder Scrum Events mit > 50 Teilnehmern für mindestens 2 Jahre aus 2 Projekten
 * (Soll) Gute Kenntnisse agiler Methoden (z. B. Scrum, Nexus, SAFe) und Erfahrung in cross-funktionalen Teams aus Entwicklern, IT-Spezialisten und Business Stakeholdern für mindestens 3 Jahre aus 2 Projekten

## Description

* Softwareentwicklung in den Entwicklerteams als Agentic Engineer mit GitHub Copilot und Kiro, insbesondere nach dem spec-driven Development Ansatz.
 * Wissenstransfer zu Prompting, Parallelisierung von Agents, Konfigurationen, Skills und MCP-Servern im Team - über Pair Programming, Reviews und dedizierte Wissenstransfer-Sessions.
 * Mitwirkung an der Reifegradanalyse je Team und Umsetzung des individuellen Onboarding- und Enablement-Plans mit Fokus auf Prozessanpassung.
 * Übersetzung fachlicher und technischer Bedarfe in Agent Specifications sowie Integration von Agentic AI in die bestehenden Entwicklungs- und Delivery-Prozesse.
 * Beitrag zur Definition und Erhebung der KPIs, die Verbreitung und Nutzungsgrad von Agentic Coding im SDLC messbar machen.
