## About the Role

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Statistik und quantitativer Modellierung, insbesondere Regressions- und Prognosemodelle
 * Praxiserfahrung mit OLS-Regressionen, Korrelations- und Lag-Analysen sowie Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
 * Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse für Modellaufbau und Prototyping; Python-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung im Financial Planning, Controlling bzw. in der Unternehmenssteuerung und in der Modellierung finanzieller Kennzahlen und Werttreiber
 * Fähigkeit, komplexe quantitative Zusammenhänge in pragmatische Prototypen zu überführen und statistische Methoden verständlich an Fachanwender zu vermitteln
 * Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Fach- und Führungskräften sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
 * Von Vorteil: Erfahrung mit Palantir Foundry sowie Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft und Regulierung (z. B. EnWG, ARegV)

## Description

* Ableitung von Ursache-Wirkungs-Beziehungen zwischen Werttreibern und finanziellen Zielgrößen wie EBIT und EBITDA
 * Konzeption und Umsetzung von Regressionsmodellen
 * Aufbau und Ausgestaltung von Monte-Carlo-Simulationen
 * Validierung und Plausibilisierung der Modelle, Durchführung von Sensitivitätsanalysen und kritische Prüfung von Annahmen und Ergebnissen
 * Dokumentation der Modelle sowie Wissenstransfer und Coaching des Teams
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereich und Entwicklern zur späteren Implementierung
