## Description

Wartung von Hard- und Software (Betriebssysteme, Anwendungssoftware, Firmware für Hardware etc.)

 - Betreuung und Pflege von Systemen und Netzwerken (Konfiguration, Updates, Patches etc…)
 - Ausstattung und Einrichtung von IT-Hardware der MitarbeiterInnen (PCs, Smartphones, Drucker etc.)
 - Als Dienstleister im eigenen Haus beräts du unsere MitarbeiterInnen bei der Auswahl und dem Einsatz von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
 - Aufbau, Vernetzung und Inbetriebnahme von Systemen (Netzwerk, Hardware, Software)
 - Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen
 - Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Schulungen für die BenutzerInnen
 - Durchführung einer Fehleranalyse mithilfe von Diagnosesystemen und anschließender Behebung von Fehlfunktionen
