## About the Role

* Du bringst mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung in Platform- oder DevOps-Rollen mit, insbesondere im Umgang mit Cloud-Infrastruktur, Infrastructure as Code und Automatisierung.
 * Du hast Erfahrung mit Observability-Stacks, Logging, Monitoring und Incident Management für produktive Services, zum Beispiel Grafana.
 * Du kennst dich mit Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Helm Charts), CI/CD-Tools (GitLab) und GitOps-Ansätzen wie kustomize und ArgoCD aus.
 * Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein, etwa bei Zugriffskontrollen, Secrets Management und sicheren Deployment-Verfahren, und unterstützt Anwendungsteams dabei.
 * Du überzeugst durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung sowie analytisches Denken, Sorgfalt und Lösungsorientierung.
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

## Description

* Du betreibst und automatisierst Cloud- und On-Premises-Infrastruktur und implementierst Infrastructure as Code, zum Beispiel Terraform, sowie Skalierungs- und Performance-Optimierungen.
 * Du baust CI/CD-Pipelines für Anwendungen und Services auf und integrierst Deployment-Workflows mit GitOps.
 * Du stellst Observability durch Logging, Metriken und Alerts sicher und übernimmst Kapazitätsplanung sowie Incident Response für KI-Plattformen.
 * Du implementierst Security-Konzepte, Zugriffsmanagement und Secret Handling mittels RBAC und Secrets-Management-Tools für Plattformservices.
 * Du arbeitest mit MLOps- und KI-Teams zusammen und stellst robuste Runtimes für Model Serving und Datenservices bereit.
 * Du härtest Plattformkomponenten für hybride, Edge- und Air-Gapped-Szenarien.
