 * Be an early applicant, * Bereitstellung von First-Level-IT-Support bei Störungen und Serviceanfragen
 * Erfassung, Bearbeitung und Dokumentation von Support-Tickets über ServiceNow
 * Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Windows-11-Arbeitsplätzen sowie angeschlossener Peripheriegeräte
 * Unterstützung bei der technischen Einarbeitung und Einrichtung neuer Mitarbeiter
 * Betreuung von Microsoft-365-Anwendungen wie Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint und Office
 * Unterstützung bei Hardware-, Drucker-, Netzwerk- und VPN-Problemen
 * Durchführung von Support vor Ort, telefonisch, per Chat und remote
 * Analyse technischer Störungen sowie Weiterleitung komplexerer Anliegen an zuständige IT-Fachbereiche
 * Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Dokumentation von IT-Assets über den gesamten Lebenszyklus
