* Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der SAP SD Beratung oder Modulbetreuung (Inhouse oder extern) - idealerweise hast du bereits ein Einführungs- oder Migrationsprojekt (ECC zu S/4HANA oder Greenfield) miterlebt.
 * Know-how: Tiefgehendes Verständnis von End-to-End-Vertriebsprozessen (Order-to-Cash) sowie sichere Customizing-Kenntnisse im Modul SD (Kenntnisse in MM/LE oder erste S/4HANA-Zertifizierungen sind ein großes Plus).
 * Mindset: Du besitzt Macher-Qualitäten, hast Lust auf Projektarbeit und bringst die nötige Struktur und Ruhe für ein dynamisches Einführungsprojekt mit.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch- (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse für die interne Projektkommunikation.

 * Be an early applicant, * Prozess-Design: Du analysierst und harmonisierst die bestehenden Vertriebs- und Customer-Service-Prozesse und überführst sie auf der "grünen Wiese" in den neuen SAP-Standard.
 * Customizing & Architektur: Du übernimmst das eigenständige Customizing im SD-Umfeld und gestaltest zukunftsfähige Schnittstellen zu angrenzenden Systemen und Modulen.
 * Sparringspartner: Du agierst als zentrales Bindeglied zwischen den Fachbereichen (Vertrieb, Logistik, Customer Service) und dem externen Implementierungspartner.
 * Change & Training: Du begleitest das Team durch den Veränderungsprozess, bereitest Key-User vor und führst praxisnahe Workshops für die neuen S/4HANA-Strukturen durch.
