* Qualifizierte telefonische Störungsannahme zu Soft- und Hardwareproblemen
 * Annahme, Überwachung und Umsetzung von Serviceanfragen
 * Priorisierung, Klassifizierung und Dokumentation der Störungen im Ticketsystem
 * Fehleranalyse durchführen, Maßnahmen einleiten sowie Herbeiführung von Erstlösungen durch Remote-Support anbieten
 * Weiterleitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen an nachgelagerte Einheiten
 * Pflege und Dokumentation in der Wissensdatenbank
 * Unterstützung bei IT- Projekten
