## Description

* Sie stellen den störungsfreien Betrieb der Server- und Rechenzentrumsinfrastruktur sicher und unterstützen mehrere Standorte im Raum Berlin.
 * Außerdem übernehmen Sie die Installation, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme von Server-, Netzwerk- und Infrastrukturkomponenten.
 * Zudem führen Sie Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Austauscharbeiten an Enterprise-Server-Hardware durch.
 * Des Weiteren analysieren und beheben Sie technische Störungen und bearbeiten Incidents sowie Service Requests über Ticketsysteme.
 * Zuletzt pflegen Sie technische Dokumentationen, unterstützen Audits und Inventuren und arbeiten eng mit nationalen sowie internationalen Teams zusammen.
