 * Du fühlst dich sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Life-Sciences-Umfeld oder in regulierten Umgebungen mit.

## Description

* Du hebst die Engineering-Qualität im Team durch Code Reviews, Standards, Teststrategie und aktive Tech-Debt-Reduktion.
 * Du mentorst Junior/Professional Engineers und etablierst AI-gestützte Engineering-Praktiken (z. B. für Tests, Refactoring und Dokumentation).

Wir bauen gerade ein AI-first Engineering-Setup, das wir gemeinsam weiterentwickeln - von der Spezifikation bis zum Deployment. Spec Driven Development wird bei uns zur Single Source of Truth, aus der Code, Tests und Doku entstehen. Du steigst nicht in ein fertiges System ein, sondern gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir KI im Engineering nutzen.
