 - Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
 - Bereitschaft zur Durchführung geplanter Wartungs-, Projekt- und Implementierungsarbeiten außerhalb der regulären Arbeitszeiten., Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Zuverlässigkeit.
 - Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung und sozialer Kompetenz.

## Description

Administration und Betrieb der Serverlandschaft (Windows & Linux) sowie der Cloud-Infrastruktur inklusive Updates, Patches und Upgrades.

 - Mitverantwortung für die Netzwerkumgebung an mehreren Standorten (LAN, WLAN, Switches, VLANs, VoIP) sowie für zentrale Infrastrukturkomponenten wie Proxmox, Barracuda und Veeam.
 - Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der Microsoft-Cloudumgebung mit Fokus auf Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Entra ID, Intune sowie Lizenz- und Compliance-Themen.
 - Ablösung der lokalen Windows-Domäne.
 - Unterstützung bei IT-Sicherheits-, Backup- und Desaster-Recovery-Prozessen sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der IT-Sicherheit.
 - Bearbeitung von Helpdesk- und Supportanfragen sowie Unterstützung der Anwender bei technischen Fragestellungen.
