The teams serve as a hub for all internal and external employees of the department and address their key concerns. The diverse services spanning various sub-disciplines are distributed among the Service Team, the Process Service, and the GQ 0500 department's hotline, as well as the Internal Technical Support (end-user support), the experts for onboarding and offboarding, and the cross-organizational IT procurement coordination. For our IT Services Team, we are seeking a dedicated individual with a strong service orientation and a passion for working with people. You will be responsible for application development for our collaboration tools (HCL Notes and Atlassian). Your Responsibilities In a position of special trust, you will take on the following responsibilities: * Independently planning, developing, and testing applications and databases in our collaboration tools (Notes, Atlassian, and others as needed) * Contributing to the creation of business requirement analyses for high-level and detailed concepts * Taking into account and maintaining IT security concepts, including documentation for the developed products * Conducting problem analyses, developing solutions, and implementing and documenting them * Maintaining existing products and monitoring and tracking the product lifecycle * Actively shaping and managing assigned tasks with a high standard of service in line with customer requirements * Participating in internal and cross-organizational specialist and expert groups, To fill this position, we will conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates.
