We are seeking a senior leader to own Enterprise Applications Service Delivery and strengthen how we operate, stabilize, and continuously improve critical business platforms.
This role is central to building long-term confidence in enterprise technology through structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution.
Your tasks:

 + Ensure predictable and stable operations across Enterprise Applications.
 + Bring discipline and transparency to demand intake and prioritization.
 + Reduce recurring operational noise through structured root cause management.
 + Establish meaningful KPIs that provide clear visibility and accountability.
 + Ensure professional, confident communication with business stakeholders.
 + Own operational readiness and transition from project delivery into steady-state support.
 + Shape a mature Regional Support Model aligned with enterprise standards.
 + Contribute to enterprise-level decision-making as part of the EnSite leadership team.
