## About the Role

Professional experience as a Software Developer / Fullstack Developer / Java Developer, with strong skills in Java (or Kotlin) and frameworks like Spring Boot
Solid understanding of fullstack development, including backend systems and modern frontend technologies (JavaScript / TypeScript, Vue.js or similar)
Experience with microservices and distributed systems, ideally in scalable or complex environments (e-commerce is a plus)
Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Azure, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Docker
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI), monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana), and collaborative development practices
Fluency in English (required); Spanish and/or German are a plus

## Description

Design, build, and evolve scalable fullstack applications - from Java-based backend services to modern frontend interfaces - powering the end-to-end e-commerce experience
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, data, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features in fast, iterative release cycles
Contribute to architecture and system design decisions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in a distributed microservices environment
Develop and maintain integrations across logistics, ERP, CRM, BI, payments, and customer-facing systems, enabling seamless data flow and operations
Continuously improve code quality, tooling, and engineering practices, supporting team growth and maintaining high development standards
