## About the Role

* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
 * **Experience:** Proven experience (e.g., 1-3 years) in a production engineering, manufacturing engineering, or industrial engineering role within an aerospace, defense, or high-tech manufacturing environment.
 * **Technical Skills:**
 * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, integration, testing, and quality control.
 * Familiarity with aerospace materials, components, and systems.
 * Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications.
 * Experience with CAD software (e.g., CATIA) is a plus.
 * Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
 * Experience with root cause analysis tools (e.g., PPS, 5 Whys).
 * **Problem-Solving:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to identifying and resolving complex technical issues.
 * **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate technical information to diverse audiences.

## Description

As an AG1 Support Production Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the seamless and efficient production of Airbus MRTT product. You will provide critical technical support to the production lines, ensuring the quality, schedule, and cost-effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, specifically focusing on the structural conversion phase.
---, * **Production Line Support:** Provide immediate technical assistance and problem-solving expertise to production operators and technicians on the AG1 product line, addressing issues related to assembly, testing, and integration.

 * **Process Improvement:** Identify and implement improvements to existing manufacturing processes, tools, and procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce defects, and optimize resource utilization for AG1 products.
 * **Root Cause Analysis:** Conduct thorough root cause analysis for production non-conformances, defects, and rework, and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
 * **Documentation & Standards:** Create, review, and update technical documentation, including work instructions, process specifications, and quality control plans for the AG1 production area. Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards .
 * **Configuration Management:** Support configuration control activities for AG1 components and assemblies, ensuring proper revision management and traceability throughout the production lifecycle.
 * **Tooling & Equipment:** Collaborate with tooling design and maintenance teams to ensure the availability and proper functioning of production equipment and specialized tools for AG1.
 * **Training:** Provide technical training and guidance to production personnel on new processes, tools, and quality requirements related to the AG1 product.
 * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with manufacturing engineering, quality assurance, supply chain, and program management teams to resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth production flow.
