You will turn cutting-edge AI concepts into real, production-ready software that scientists and researchers use every day. Your work will span the full stack: from crafting elegant frontends that make complex AI systems feel simple, to designing scalable APIs and backend services that power autonomous agents. You will collaborate closely with ML engineers, product designers, and domain experts to create a platform that connects human expertise with intelligent automation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will have real ownership. You will influence key architectural decisions, experiment with new agentic frameworks, and help define what "state-of-the-art" means in the context of trustworthy AI for Life Sciences. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, care about building things that push boundaries, and want to shape the next generation of intelligent software, we would love to meet you. Your day-to-day could look like these: + Design and build full-stack features that bring agentic workflows to life for scientists and researchers + Implement orchestration layers, retrieval pipelines, and APIs for intelligent agents using Python and FastAPI + Develop intuitive and performant frontends in React and TypeScript for configuring and monitoring AI agents + Collaborate with ML engineers to connect LLMs, embeddings, and RAG systems into production environments + Build and maintain cloud-native infrastructure with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation + Contribute to architectural decisions, SDK design, and developer experience improvements + Ensure reliability, observability, and compliance in production deployments + Help shape the engineering culture and best practices as an early member of the platform team ## Related Videos - [Guiding Agentic AI with Vue](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/2033-guiding-agentic-ai-with-vue) - [Intro to FastAPI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/462-intro-to-fastapi) - [Docker Compose: Rediscovered](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1978-docker-compose-rediscovered) - [Reducing LLM Calls with Vector Search Patterns - Raphael De Lio (Redis)](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1714-reducing-llm-calls-with-vector-search-patterns-raphael-de-lio-redis) - [Accelerating GenAI Development: Harnessing Astra DB Vector Store and Langflow for LLM-Powered Apps](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/966-accelerating-genai-development-harnessing-astra-db-vector-store-and-langflow-for-llm-powered-apps) - [Building and Deploying Multi-Agent Systems with ADK and Vertex AI](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1918-building-and-deploying-multi-agent-systems-with-adk-and-vertex-ai) ## Related Articles - [Navigating the AI Shift](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/629-navigating-the-ai-shift) - [What is Agentic Programming and Why Should Developers Care?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/625-what-is-agentic-programming-and-why-should-developers-care) - [Dev Digest 121 - AI goes offline](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/456-dev-digest-121-ai-goes-offline) - [Dev Digest 120 - Apple and peers](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/455-dev-digest-120-apple-and-peers) - [Graph and AI Trends 2026: Why Is AI Running but Not Yet Delivering?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/680-graph-and-ai-trends-2026-why-is-ai-running-but-not-yet-delivering) - [Dev Digest 132 - Binging WADFlix?](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/magazine/473-dev-digest-132-binging-wadflix)
