Experience in the online gaming, casino, or broader iGaming industry is highly desirable. Our partner is looking for a CRM & Retention Specialist based in Spain. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven marketing professional to take ownership of customer retention and lifecycle engagement initiatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will contribute to the planning and execution of CRM campaigns designed to increase user engagement, reactivation, and long-term loyalty. Working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with product, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively and continuously optimized. The position combines hands-on campaign execution with performance analysis, giving you direct visibility into user behavior and campaign impact. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, experimentation, and customer engagement strategies, this role offers both autonomy and the chance to influence retention performance at scale. Accountabilities Support the planning, setup, and execution of CRM campaigns and promotional activities targeting both new and existing users across multiple markets. Monitor key performance indicators such as retention rates, reactivation metrics, engagement levels, and ROI, providing regular reporting and insights. Collaborate with product and analytics teams to improve retention tools, data accuracy, and reporting frameworks. Ensure timely delivery and execution of regional campaigns and promotional offers while maintaining competitiveness across markets. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support smooth campaign rollout and follow-up activities. Contribute to personalisation and marketing automation initiatives by providing operational and market-specific insights.
