+ Proven experience in C++ development (5 or more years of experience).
 + Previous experience leading development teams or coordinating projects.
 + Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
 + Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
 + Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
 + Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate between technical and non-technical teams.
 + Ability to solve complex problems and propose efficient solutions.
 + Proactivity and a collaborative attitude are required to foster a positive work environment and continuous learning.

 + Lead a small team of C++ developers in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
 + Oversee the software development lifecycle from conception through implementation and support.
 + Coordinate team efforts to ensure deadlines and technical objectives are met.
 + Work closely with other departments (QA, Product, Design) to ensure product quality and functionality.
 + Perform code reviews to ensure best programming practices and correct implementation of solutions.
 + Encourage the technical growth of the team through mentoring, training, and performance reviews.
 + Manage internal and external team communications to facilitate collaboration and problem solving.
 + Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools to optimize team efficiency.
 + Actively participate in planning, providing technical solutions, and resolving complex issues as needed.
